Sunday’s infamous class is now happening on Saturday at 9.30am too.

Our Sunday 9.30 is a legend , so now you have twice the chance to get serious about being a weekend warrior. Getting going will make you feel the results , intending to find the perfect conditions may not yield that same payoff.

It’s A Lifestyle, Not A Diet That Will Keep You Fabulous Forever!

I’ve been thinking lots about wine recently and I think it’s something worth having a real look at. I used to drink quite a lot of wine as a hobby and now I really never drink it .
I’m sure I was having a few glasses every day but I never kept track . Now If I have a few glasses a year I notice even then that it has a serious reaction with my body . I lose logic very quickly , feel crap have the most terrible depressed kind of feelings the next day, and a hangover , after a few glasses .
It’s so easy to pour too so it’s hard to record how much you drink.

I think is something worth tracking your behavior with .
Not only does it make you fat but I think it’s crazy making stuff- even if it’s the expensive kind .
Maybe worth thinking about in relation to your fitness and health physically and mentally.
Just record what you drink and notice how you feel next day .

My trick is to stick to drinks where you have to make each one . Then you know how many times you had to make or order one .
Our favourite is single shots of Vodka or Tequila with fresh lime and lots of sparkling water or soda – or a beer on a night off – because we have a night off every week on our Spinn-off Food plan .
Book in for Saturday or Sunday quick and treat your body like an athlete does- because you’ll feel awesome and look great – and that’s really worth it .
