Another glorious week begins at Spinn-off . Monday night full house and we were epic. We love the sweat fest as group meditation in motion takes us to a whole new place of power.

After a weekend of looking at the bodies appearing from under the winter puffa jackets you be will delighted to know that all our hard work and healthy bodies and lifestyles will now be seen to pay off!

We are doing a lot of good work at the moment and  the food and drinks plans is steaming ahead.

Keep working on your juices I am totally addicted to them now. I had delicious fennel tomato carrot and celery today with a pinch of seasalt added . If it’s weight loss you’re after try to check the smoothies as its so easy to start adding yogurts and milks and things that are good for you but calorie loaded.

Camaraderie, high intensity, and, most importantly, fun ,are hugely important to us at Spinn-off . We try to make Spinn-off  best and most fun workout possible. Hard work hard bodies and a lot of endorphins are the aim here .

Juice is food, don’t forget that food is for nutrients not amusement or entertainment. The stuff that comes in cartons that’s not juice anymore . Make your own  or watch them squeeze it .

Add a lemon/grapefruit  to cut acidity but if you juice it really helps you lean up while you fill up with nutrients .

Cucumber juice
Refreshing, cleansing cucumber juice is not only a tasty, gentle way to start your body’s day, it’s also one of the healthiest. Though the pale green flesh is mostly water, it also contains vitamin C and caffeic acid, an anti-inflammatory. The hard outside skin contains fibre, and minerals including silica (great for healthy skin), potassium, and magnesium.

Grapefruit juice
This tart favourite is an excellent source of vitamin C—one of the highest in the citrus family. It’s also rich in lycopene, phytochemicals, vitamin A, potassium, foliate, and vitamin B5 and is known to lower cholesterol. Though it hits the tongue as acidic, it actually reduces excess acid and creates alkalinity throughout the body.

Orange juice
In recent research studies, the healing properties of oranges (preferably organic as organic foods have been shown to contain higher amounts of phytonutrients) have been associated with a wide variety of phytonutrient compounds. Consuming vitamin C supplements does not provide the same protective benefits as drinking a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Cucumber, Celery, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Parsley, pinch of lo salt ( only lo salt)
Full of antioxidants, foliate, vitamin K and vitamin C, this light green juice satisfies thirst and health.

Book a class – it’s an investment in you .

Big Cyber hugs
