How to get rid of cellulite?
The answers are in every magazine currently buy creams … But having spent all the big bucks on on all the cream years ago, It’s expensive, ineffective and it’s never a magic wand its just moisturiser, nothing much seeps into your dermis hopefully or you would be porous and that’s not a possibility…Cellulite can be banished we know this , don’t believe it can’t.
1. ….don’t buy expensive creams !
2. Dry brush daily before the shower and increase your circulation,
3. make your body less toxic by not smoking ,
4. keep eating great healthy food that’s fresh , not packaged , not refined , not processed , not fried , not sugary, not junk.

6. drink loads more water … And then more water…
7. do lots of stretching and getting blood flow through your body,
8. drink green tea with lemon……and
9. drink a fresh veg. and a fresh fruit daily to flush out toxins and fill up with nutrients

How to make an easy peasy carb free dinner..
Heat your frying pan ,
Add coconut oil or a very small amount of yellow olive oil but only enough to barely coat the bottom,
Heat the oil until it changes from perfectly smooth to getting swirls in it. This is when its about break down and smoke…. don’t let it smoke its is not good for you !
Add ingredients like onion, garlic, ginger, or peppers, allow to cook gently for about 7 minutes but on a medium heat..
Add finely chopped vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, steamed carrots, string beans, sweet potato, cook on medium for 10 minutes
Add protein ingredients like fish, chicken, beef, or even tofu cook for a further 15 minutes
Add a tasty liquid to the pan like chicken stock, coconut milk, chopped canned tomatoes
Add more protein like beans , lentils, hard boiled eggs eggs, avocados, or spinach.
Serve with sesame seeds, crushed cashews, pistachios
A JUICY JUICE to REHYDRATE your skin.
1/4 stick celery
1 slice lemon ( if unwaxed use rind too )
1/2 litre of water
Make juice add to water and shake.. You’re done !

4 CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
4 TABLESPOONS FRESH LIME JUICE

MIX EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE CHICKEN IN A BOWL,
MARINATE THE CHICKEN IN THE MIX OVERNIGHT OR FOR A FEW HOURS
GRILL CHICKEN 8 MINUTES EACH SIDE CHECK ITS NOT PINK SERVE WITH SALAD AND AVACADO
